10,000 Angels for Justice

When the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan called for 10,000 fearless men to stand up for justice during a recent lecture, his enemies caused much mischief by misinterpreting his words. It seems their mischievous plans aren’t working like they used to. In fact, their tricks are backfiring because social media has allowed everyone the availability to fact-check his statements for themselves.

Although his words were clear and explicit, the Minister offered more clarity on the role of the 10,000 fearless ones he called to action. During his September 8th address in Philadelphia, he stressed, “We need 10,000 fearless men to go into the Black community, stand between the guns of the gangs and then settle this with conflict resolution!” He exclaimed that 10,000 fearless, well-trained men are needed to go into Black neighborhoods to restore peace and order. This, of course, is not a task reserved for just any kind of person. Those willing to sacrifice their time and energy for this cause could be considered angels because the work of saving and protecting Black people is not for just any ordinary humans.

Angels Among Men

Minister Farrakhan’s description sounds consistent with the 10,000 angels whom the Honorable Elijah Muhammad spoke of during his Theology of Time lecture dated July 23, 1972. These angels, he clarified, are people who have been risen “from among the dead” of the oppressed Black and indigenous populations of America. When an audience member questioned if the 10,000 angels he spoke of would be from among the dead,” the Honorable Elijah Muhammad replied “Yes, yes they are here.” He went on to clarify who and what these particular angels are by teaching, “they are human beings like you and I.”

His description of these persons with angelic roles is strikingly consistent with the description that Minister Farrakhan is calling for to settle conflicts in the Black Community. On several occasions Minister Farrakhan has expressed that this 10,000 refers to a certain segment of the population contained within the millions of oppressed people who already yearn for justice in America. Similarly his teacher, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad spoke of the 10,000 angels whose roles involve saving his people. He said, “You got millions of people in America and they may all not be ready, and God wants to save us all.” These are people with special instructions amidst the millions within America whom the Honorable Elijah Muhammad foresaw. “They’ll be pleased with our safety,” he said.

The protective role of these angels is the same role that Minister Farrakhan is galvanizing numbers of Black and Brown men—to ensure the safety and protection of their own communities, even in the face of gunfire. Such a role requires adequate training that instills love, and removes fear. This is the training that the Nation Of Islam offers to men and women that has a proven effect of improving homes, neighborhoods and entire communities.

Who Doesn’t Want Justice?

History shows that the greatest opposition to Black men cleaning up their own communities has come from members of the Jewish community. As masters of trade and commerce Jews have found a profitable niche in the inner-city selling the most destructive products to our most vulnerable people. In the early 1930s when the Muslims of the NOI worked to clean up alcohol and drug abuse among downtrodden Blacks in Detroit, this conflicted with illegal Jewish brewers like the Bronfmans of Seagram’s and Lewis Rosenstiel who sold illegal liquor. The NOI’s work to clean up Black people directly conflicted with Jewish enterprises like the Purple Gang and other Jews who benefited from the ignorance and addictions of the Black community.

In the 1980s-1990s the Muslims gained national attention because of the monumental impact that NOI security companies had on reducing crime and drug abuse in several inner-city housing projects in cities like Washington D.C., Baltimore, New York, and others. Despite the unprecedented improvements that the Muslims were able to accomplish in reducing crime and drug abuse, influential Jewish groups led the charge to have all the Muslims’ contracts taken away. Those Jews had no concern for cleaning up the Black community whatsoever; their concern was stopping the NOI from helping Black people. This is why 10,000 angels are needed to clean up and stand up against such demons!

These angels (people) are ubiquitously and anonymously scattered throughout the country. Their anonymity is largely what frightens the white power structure because there is no instrument that can accurately measure who or where these persons are. The influence of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan is so widespread and diverse that the U.S. Government cannot pinpoint whose thinking is influenced by the penetrating truth he speaks. These persons are of diverse backgrounds and are not all directly affiliated with the NOI. The Million Man March of 1995 was a testament of this majestic, yet indeterminate influence.

Considering the sentiments of Caucasians like Alex Jones (host of Info Wars), there seems to be a growing number of Whites who openly agree with many of the truths taught by Minister Farrakhan. Since Whites tend to fear what they can’t control, it becomes easy to understand why there remains a level of hysteria among some of them as it relates to the NOI and the people’s cry for justice.

Prophetic Significance

History and prophecy have shown that God’s divine intervention would include such numbers of people selected to execute His will. One Biblical scripture describes the Lord using 10,000 of His people to uphold His lofty standard amidst a corrupt people: “Behold, the Lord came with ten thousands of his saints, to execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard [speeches] which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.” (Jude 1:14-15, KJV).

This scripture seems awfully similar to the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and Minister Farrakhan’s descriptions of the 10,000 people who are to carry out God’s divine will in an ungodly place called America. This picture is also reminiscent of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) leading 10,000 righteous men into Mecca, which was the idolatrous capital city of his era. According to one Hadith narrated by Ibn `Abbas, “The Prophet [PBUH] left Medina [for Mecca] in the company of ten thousand in Ramadan.” (Sahih Bukhari, 5:574).

The historical and prophetic significance attached to Minister Farrakhan’s call for 10,000 out of the million in this country’s capital city largely explains the fear among those who oppose justice. American authorities tremble at the cry for justice when they consider the evil deeds their people have continuously perpetrated against others.

As Minister Farrakhan once put it,Justice for the oppressed is not the same as justice for the oppressor.” The cry for justice is why countless men, women, and children were among those numbers as the saints and angels went marching into Washington D.C. on 10-10-15 for “Justice Or Else!” Contact your local Nation Of Islam affiliated Mosque for more information.
