Scholars, Stop Running!

History has shown that when certain scientific discoveries conflicted with the dominant religious beliefs, those who brought such discoveries were often ridiculed, deemed heretic, and even killed. When Galileo Galilei’s findings concluded that the earth revolved around the sun, his greatest opposition came from the church leaders under Pope Urban VIII. Although Galileo was much more accurate than the church during a time when they believed the sun revolved around a flat earth, he was vilified, threatened, and charged with heresy because his findings conflicted with the Roman Church of that time. Like the days of Galileo in the 1600s, a similar mindset exists somewhat dominantly in modern religion. This is demonstrated in the reluctance of many theologians to even acknowledge the reality of UFOs, much less reconcile this reality with conventional religious thought. Imagine the responses toward traditional religious beliefs if the people realized that these crafts and higher beings exist when their religion cannot truthfully explain them. How would preachers reconcile this concept with conflicting religious traditions?

Consider the possible apostasy that could take place if the people realize they have been deceived all this time. Perhaps this may explain why so many religious scholars have deliberately turned a deaf ear to the Nation of Islam when it comes to the topic of UFOs and theology. If theologians acknowledge UFOs as a reality, they would have to acknowledge the entity that introduced these crafts to the modern world. To do so would force religions to accept the fact that a mild-mannered Black man from Georgia may have actually met the Supreme Being. It would be almost unheard of for religious denominations to openly admit that a child of slaves was taught by God. This may also explain why those few religious sects that believe in UFOs fail to credit the Honorable Elijah Muhammad for bringing such a message to the world.

Elijah's God Is God

Hardly any scholars or critics have even commented on the Honorable Minister Farrakhan’s bold claims about his connection to the gigantic Mother Wheel and the 1500 smaller planes that have been sighted all around the globe (as UFOs). During Part 57 of The Time And What Must Be Done webisode, he even offered a public challenge to the scholars of the world, including the Pope of Christendom, to have a public “showdown” to prove who is right and wrong on this subject. Doesn’t such a topic deserve attention, even if it is scrutinized? Why are so many scholars reluctant to analyze this relationship?

To contend with the NOI’s claim that Elijah Muhammad received such information from the Supreme Being requires that one must approach his claims in a scholarly and scientific manner. If Muhammad’s claims about these spacecrafts are true, then the scholarship and scientists of this world would have to admit that Elijah Muhammad was taught by an entity far superior to any conventional wisdom of this world. How is it that even some of his critics admit that he was the first to provide specific data on this subject, yet they deny that he received it from the Supreme Being? Since his critics do not accept that he received this information from God, wouldn’t they have to conclude that Elijah Muhammad must have been the foremost most visionary thinker of the last few centuries? How else could one explain his exclusively detailed knowledge about these crafts before any widespread sightings or reports ever took place? Denying that he acquired this knowledge from a superior source might require scholars to explain how an uneducated child of slaves from rural Georgia could come up with such realities decades before they became evident. Maybe this is why the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan (his National Representative), and the Nation of Islam have been excluded from virtually all public forums that attempt to study or discuss UFOs.

What credible researcher would study a topic and leave out the primary sources related to that topic? Any research, book, or documentary that is regarded as an authority on a subject, yet deliberately excludes the most credible sources, can never be considered a truly reliable work. This research, however, offers that primary data that has been purposely disregarded by so-called experts. This research synthesizes what most other UFO researchers have failed to do—recognize the insight from the source that started this phenomenon. Moreover, this work is to serve as a vanguard on the UFO topic by including the most authentic primary data from the source that introduced this reality to the modern world.
